The Senators of the Senate Republican Campaign Committee share a vision for Michigan families which directs our work here in Lansing. We want nothing but the best for the people of this great state: an economy of dynamic growth; a renewal of community, self-government and citizenship; and affirmation of the enduring principles on which Michigan's greatness depends.
This vision is more than a party platform, or pleasing words to interject in speeches back home. It is a guide for the work we undertake every day as your representatives in the state capitol. By incorporating our vision into the laws we pass, we work for a better Michigan for all. The victories we long for are to be found in the broad spectrum of the everyday achievements realized by the people of our state: when a man or woman discovers the dignity and confidence of a job; when a child rejects drugs and embraces life; when an entrepreneur turns an idea into an industry; when a family once again feels the security of its savings and has control over the education of its children.
